The Bug and the Flea Hang-out

The Bug And The Flea, Are Friendly To Me
They Never Give Me Any Trouble
They'll Leave You Alone, If Your Not Overgrown
They Prefer To Hang-Out, In Thick Stubble

They Don't Give A Damn, For Chicken Or Ham
They Never Ever Consume Jam
The Food That They Eat, Is Very Very Sweet
The Blood Of A Dog, Or A Lamb

By J Mc Donagh.

Burning Memory

In Every Heart, There Is A Fire
In Every Soul, There Is Desire
In Every Mind, Of Every Kind
There Is The Thought, To Bind
But The Stress, Strain, And Strife
The Pressures, Of Other Life
Are Apt To Dampen Desire
And Put Out The Fire
As Darkness Descends
The Road Of Life Bends,Twists, And Turns
And So Memory Is All That Burns
Like Candle Light, On A Windy Night
Flickering About, Before Going Out

By L Mc Donagh
